Your journey begins with our course materials. Materials will be shipped to your doorstep after registration, and you'll receive an email guiding you through the unboxing process. Ensure these materials are accessible on Day 1 of training.

During Training: A Seamless Virtual Experience
Pre-Zoom Preparation:
Login to the Zoom meeting 30 minutes before your scheduled training. The Zoom link will be sent 5-7 days before the start of training. Update your Zoom app and ensure your technology works seamlessly.

Device Guidelines:
For virtual training, ensure one person per device per room. Use a laptop or desktop computer; avoid phones or tablets. Cameras should be on as much as possible for active participation.

Breakout rooms will be created at random by your instructor.

Makeup Policies:
If a makeup session is needed, a fee of $100 applies. Additional sessions are $150. Video makeups are available on the participant's IMSE account for two weeks. You will have two attempts and must complete the quiz with a score of 80% or higher to receive credit for training.

After Training: Celebrate Your Achievements
